C-PAK is the world leader in Tape & Reel with its vertically integrated manufacturing from raw material resins/sheets to finished carrier tape while employing its own forming machines to manufacture the smallest precise pockets for bare die application to many precision pockets for the semiconductor chips and right up to the largest pockets to house metal and plastic components for the mobile phone business. It complements its carrier tape product line with cover tape, take-up reels and protective bands.

With its four ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified plants, in Malaysia, China and Philippines, and many distribution centres throughout Asia, Europe and the US, C-Pak is able to provide service and quality second to none.
